Visonic Dome is designed by German entrepreneur and laboratory equipment researcher, Helmut Weber. Developed at CooperVision, Inc (one of the largest eye care companies in the world) Visonic Dome was proudly Made in America and sold by Weber’s AlphaVista, Inc under the trade-name “LenSoClean” until the design was retired in 2002.
The upcoming Kickstarter campaign is led by the inventor’s son, Daniel Weber. This October 2021 marks 32 years since the Visonic Dome design first debuted in New York City at Vision Expo, East. It is the final time that the device is ever produced.
