Originally developed by my father for CooperVision in the 1980s, Visonic Dome hasn’t been made in over 20 years.
The entire assembly line is currently being recreated from the ground up for one final time. Virtually nothing in this product is “off-the-shelf.”

Every Visonic Dome is assembled by project creator, Daniel, in North Carolina, USA.
After final delivery, there won’t be any way to order more. Nor will there be any system in place to accept returns. For that reason, it is imperative that you ensure your shipping address is correct.
Kickstarter backers should check their email inbox and spam box for their Kickbooster survey to confirm their shipping address and reward tier.
To get the quickest possible reply, consider writing to Daniel through a Kickstarter private message or by sending an email via the contact page.

How do I change my shipping address?
Please search your email inbox (and spam folder) for an email from “Kickbooster” – the website that handled the post-campaign survey for this project. Inside the email you’ll find a special link to your personal survey where you can fill in or change your address.
Alternatively, feel free to email me (Daniel) or send a private message via Kickstarter, and I’ll update your address on my end.
Is it still possible to add a travel case?
Yeah, there are about 40 left. You can add a travel case to your pledge via the Kickbooster survey (see answer above).
Will you make more again later?
No chance! Sorry. This project has been incredibly challenging and I think we’ll all be proud of the final result. Visonic Dome should be the absolute best contact lens cleaner on the market by miles. But it’s a lot of work and very expensive. 320 is my limit.
When will you ship my Dome?
All 320 orders will ship at the same time, hopefully before the end of July, 2023. For those keeping score at home, that means this project is roughly 12 months behind schedule. Kickstarter backers will have waited 18 months for delivery at that point.
I sincerely apologize for the delays. Clearly, I underestimated the amount of time it would take to restart production and badly underestimated the affect of the Covid pandemic on global supply chains, especially for a small operation like this one.
